Calling Applications for Recruitment to the Student Nursing Training Course (Year 2025) – Conducted at the Nurses Training Schools (NTS), Ministry of Health
The Cabinet has granted approval to recruit 2,650 students for the Student Nursing Training Course – 2025.
This announcement was made by Minister of Health and Mass Media, Dr. Nalinda Jayatissa, during the weekly Cabinet media briefing held on July 14, 2025.(Click here to Watch Video)
The recruitment will be open to students who sat for the G.C.E. A/L exams in the years 2020, 2021, & 2022.
The official Gazette notification calling for applications is scheduled to be published on Friday, July 18, 2025.
- Eligible: GCE A/L Batches – 2020, 2021, 2022
- No of Students to be Recruited: 2,650
